The management of the Coral Strand Hotel is grateful for the effort, dedication and good service given by the staff, its human resources manager Fiona Denis has said. She was addressing a group of 28 staff who received awards for five to 10 years of service during a special ceremony recently at the Beau Vallon-based hotel. The ceremony was attended by the hotel’s general manager Denis Verkhorubov and senior staff. Mrs Denis said such awards will boost the morale of the workers, whose extra efforts will help to take the hotel further. Mr Verkhorubov described the workforce as the hotel’s most valuable asset and encouraged them to keep up the good work.

He added that the management will always back the workers, both in good and bad times. The long-serving staff received certificates, cash prizes and other incentives sponsored by friends and partners of the hotel. oral Strand’s best salespeople were also rewarded for their efforts.
